Currently Seeking Volunteers for:

La Traviata | June 28th, 2024 and June 30th, 2024

• Ushers
• 1-2 individuals
  
• Assist patrons to their seats
  
• Assist VIP donors to the pre-show reception
• Would need to be available:
• June 28th from 6:00 pm to 7:00 pm and/or
  
• June 30th from 1:00 pm to 2:00 pm

• Ticker Scanners
• Two individuals
  
• Scan tickets at the entrance to the auditorium
  
• Direct ushers once ticketed patrons are checked in
• Would need to be available:
• June 28th from 6:15 pm to 7:15 pm and/or
  
• June 30th from 1:15 pm to 2:15 pm

• Will-Call Booth
  
• 1-2 individuals
  
• Check-in patrons who have reserved tickets for pickup
• Provide opera glasses to patrons who participated in the donation promotion
• Sell opera glasses to patrons who wish to purchase them before the show
• Would need to be available:
• June 28th from 6:15 pm to 7:15 pm and/or
  
• June 30th from 1:15 pm to 2:15 pm

• Stage Crew
  
• 2-4 individuals
  
• Assist production staff with setup and tear down of stage/set, changing scenes, etc.
• Would need to be available:
• June 28th from 6:00 pm to the end of the show and/or
  
• June 30th from 1:00 pm to the end of the show

• Concession & Crew
  
• 3-4 individuals
  
• Setup concessions area before the show
• Sell bottled drinks and pre-packaged concessions during intermission
• Would need to be available
• June 28th from 6:00 pm to 9:00 pm and/or
  
• June 30th from 1:00 pm to 4:00 pm

All volunteers get first hand experience with theatrical productions, free concessions before and during shows, and early access to priority tickets for themselves, friends,

and family!
